Ideal for individuals or families who want professional guidance, reassurance, and next-step clarity around senior care decisions, family conversations, or changing care needs. ✔ What This Session IS: • A focused, 60-minute conversation with a senior care planning expert. • Guidance on care options, next steps, and decision-making. • Support for navigating difficult family discussions. • A space to ask questions and get honest, professional insight. ✘ What This Session Is NOT: • A documented care plan • Ongoing care management or follow-up work • Placement coordination or provider outreach • Documented care cost budgeting, insurance/financial paperwork, or implementation services If you need hands-on support or a personalized plan, we’ll recommend the best next option for you.
Our Booking Policy
Cancellations or reschedules are allowed up to 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time. In-person consultations are limited to locations within a 40 mile radius of 28078.
